That is one of the most common descriptions I receive whenever I ask those who know me. Having been brought up by parents who observe traditional Chinese customs, while being multilingually fluent individuals that were scholars of American and Australian universities, home was a fusion of East and West. Having studied in an international school as well as lived overseas, the joke was always how I ate more potatoes or bread than rice (which still holds true today).

Entering the workforce, I started with multinational companies, so whether it was insurance and financial services, technology or consumer goods, I was always surrounded by colleagues from all walks of life and of all nationalities and cultures. I was even with a start-up publishing firm before establishing my own consulting business as well as a cafe. After over a decade of specialising in marketing and communications, people and self development started calling to me.

It felt like a natural transition given I had conducted numerous training workshops in my product marketing roles. This led to me to become a certified coach, reiki healer and a continuous learner exploring the realms of both spiritual and somatic well-being on top of intellectual. I have designed programmes for the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) in Singapore, and my portfolio of clients include top international hospitality groups, the consumer industry, famous luxury brands and even law firms. I am also a Special Ambassador for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Asia-Pacific Region (EMCC APR).

There's something magical about connecting with ourselves, each other and the great unknown. This is what I experience that leads me to this work that I do. Today, I am passionate about inspiring individuals and transforming worlds - on top of dining and travelling of course.
